Nanako and Debi taught us how to make spring rolls the other night. It's what I asked them to give me for my birthday. Nanako does the chopping and other prep and Debi does the rolling. We had shrimp as an appetizer. The spring rolls were so fresh and good, and now I think I can do them myself.
I came over here from Flickr to see if you were going to tell us how to make them! I guess I'll just figure it out from these great pictures. Looks so good. And a great birthday present.
I am an artist working in watercolor, acrylic, and collage. I live in a small village on the coast of Maine. I blog to connect and share my art and my everyday life with others. It's a place where I can touch down to document what I experience as an artist.
