Olson House

This is the Olson House, the subject of many of Andrew Wyeth's paintings. I visited today in hopes of capturing the feeling of being in a Wyeth painting that takes hold of me when I am there. Last year at this time I went, but forgot my camera! I vowed to return when the light was perfect, and today was that day. I can't capture the absolute magic of this place, but I hope something of the pristine beauty comes through in these shots. Go, if you get the chance.

More collages. The air is crisp and I feel renewed energy. I just keep drawing and doodling around and if they make me laugh I put them up here for you to see.

Here are some brand new collages. They were inspired by some stories that Marilyn told me when she and Peter were visiting last week.
