I've been under the weather the last few days, so this morning it felt good to get out for an early walk. I like the quiet of early hours before people get going. All the sun has made everything come to life. The Sunken Garden, in the middle of town, is planted in the stone foundation of an old building that is long gone.
The meadow was beautiful and dewy on Sunday morning. It's all happening out there now. Good friends and good food made a Spring celebration. An old wall is getting some plastering. It looks good this way, and the flown tulips fit right in.
I am an artist working in watercolor, acrylic, and collage. I live in a small village on the coast of Maine. I blog to connect and share my art and my everyday life with others. It's a place where I can touch down to document what I experience as an artist.
