Collages

Here are some new collages I just finished. I've been working with vintage postcards again. I still love the old handwriting and all the messages people wrote. You do get a real sense of the relationships between people even in the little snippet of a postcard message.

Recent Outing

These are shots from a recent visit to Chase's Daily. My camera broke that day, and I thought I'd lost these shots, but here they are. I live for these almond croissant. They had all sorts of beautiful seedlings too. And here is a picture of how good we are at following instructions.

Layers

Erika and I have started a responsive project based on the idea of "Layers". These are our first offerings to each other. Erika's piece is the one on top. Erika chose the idea to work with, so I'll have her do a little guest blogging to express why she liked that idea. I'm looking forward to responding to her piece.
