Salad!

Thanks for posting this! I need to wean myself off of store bought dressings!!! Since I am a salad-aholic I will be using his recipes a lot!!

I miss my sunday times subscription mostly because of Bittman's column! It's too hot to cook in our kitchen right now so this is a breath of fresh air, thanks!
